The Challenge
This global financial advisory software solution provider needed to find a
better way to reduce their customer acquisition costs. The high
cost
of flying their sales force around Australia to meet prospective
clients wasn’t delivering the expected return in sales.
Their
challenge was to figure out a system to help them to properly
pre-qualify customers before setting up on-site meetings. To
do this they needed to work out a way to let prospective clients
get a good grasp of the product’s capabilities before setting
up a meeting with them. The Solution
Our challenge was to come
up with a multimedia product demo that would clearly and simply
explain the benefits, capabilities and requirements of this
complex, powerful software application in an interactive, intuitive,
non-technical
way.
Using a combination of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Macromedia Flash & Director
technologies, we built a powerful multimedia sales and marketing support tool.
Deliverable via CD-ROM or directly off their website, this interactive sales
tool allows sales staff to shadow clients progress through the demo from a remote
location.
Since introduction in December 2003, Prestwood reports that it
has significantly reduced their customer acquisition and retention
costs and increased
sales volumes. |
