The Challenge
This 86-year-old non-profit organisation was looking for a way
to communicate more cost-effectively with the youth market in Australia
to promote their international student exchange programmes. They
asked us to help them achieve this goal by setting up an opt-in
monthly email newsletter.
AFS wanted an email marketing solution that gave them in-house
control over their database, campaign creation and delivery.
They wanted to the ability to track and measure the success of campaigns as well
as the flexibility to segment their database and create sub-campaigns
for special purposes. The Solution
We designed a branded, editable HTML email newsletter template
consistent with AFS’s current corporate identity and their profile
as a global leader in the provision of intercultural student
exchange programmes.
AFS chose to use ramMail, our web-based,
hosted email marketing solution to manage their email database,
create and deliver campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
AFS report that to date ramMail has proved to be a highly
successful and rewarding addition to their marketing communications. |
